TosSend ("we", "us", or "our") provides email infrastructure for developers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use TosSend, how we use it, and how we protect it. By using TosSend, you agree to the practices described here.
Account information
When you create an account we collect your email address and any profile information you provide. No credit card is required to start — your payment details are only collected if you subscribe to a paid plan.
Usage and technical data
We collect data about how you use the platform: API requests, email sends, delivery events (sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, complained), identity and domain configuration activity, and dashboard interactions. We also collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and timestamps.
Email content
When you send email through TosSend, we process the content of those messages solely to deliver them, track delivery events (opens, clicks, bounces, complaints), and display analytics in your dashboard. We do not use email content for advertising or sell it to third parties.
All data in transit is encrypted with TLS. We are currently working toward SOC 2 compliance. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel. We apply DKIM, SPF, and DMARC on sending infrastructure to protect the integrity of emails sent through the platform.
No security measure is 100% effective. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your information.
We use third-party services to operate the platform (for example, infrastructure hosting, analytics, and email deliverability tooling). These processors receive only the data necessary to perform their function and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Email logs and delivery event data are retained to power your dashboard analytics and may be purged after a reasonable period determined by your plan. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, unless we are required to retain it by law.
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@tossend.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of TosSend after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
